Chronology: general outline
 
In the Prehistoric Rock Art of the Camonica Valley it is possible identify five great stylistic phases corresponding with as many cultural periods: following the variations of “culture”, the graphic message of rock art changes too, in terms of style, thematic repertory and types of associations.
