Camunian Art and Culture: Proto-Camunian period (4/4)
PAG 1 | 2 | 3 | 4

Luine Rock 34: figure of
cervid wounded by a dart
As for style and contents these Camunian figures are like other coeval figures in many areas of Europe: in Austria (Totes Gebirge), Portugal (Tagus river), Spain (Galicia), Scandinavia and ex-USSR.

The human presence remains occasional and irregular during almost two Millennia, still deeply conditioned by the climate and environment.
