Museum, tourist structures and facilities

Didactic Museum of Nadro

The Didactic Museum is in the medieval village of Nadro (tickets, information, reception, bookshop, audio-guides, maps and depliants to understand rock art). The Museum organizes laboratories (not just for children), where it is possible to learn and improve manual skills.
We offer accurate guided tours in English only on reservation.

Environmental education

Our naturalistic section hosts installations dedicated to ecology: thematic exhibitions, guided tours and educational workshops that illustrate the natural environment, the compelling biodiversity and the close relations between environment, living beings and human activities.

Rock art tour trails

The paths in the Natural Reserve are periodically maintained, well indicated and the engraved rocks are accompanied by descriptive panels (in english). The paths are immersed in the green allowing you to enjoy the many aspects of the reserves: rock art, archeology, ethnography and environment. Remember, it is forbidden to leave the path.

Didactic area of Foppe di Nadro

On the path it has been realized a didactic area, equipped with a picnic and rest area, small fountain, toilettes, simulated archaeological excavation and some reconstructions: a Mesolithic shelter, a Neolithic hut and a Rhaetian Iron Age house.

Didactic area of Sottolaiolo

At the Sottolaiolo area, there is a small museum with facilities that allow the visit to people with visual or physical impairments

Small exhibition dedicated to the Cimbergo castle

Next to the town hall of Cimbergo, a small exhibition displays the results of the archaeological excavation at the castle: photos, archaeological evidence, reconstructions.
